Electrodeposition of thin layers TiO2
Jakubis, Ivan ; Vondrák, Jiří (referee) ; Sedlaříková, Marie (advisor)
This work deals with issues of electrochromism and making active electrochromic film of titanium dioxide. By using various precursors consisting titanium element active film was electrodeposited on glass substrates covered with transparent conductive thin-film In2O3:Sn (ITO). Electrochromic characteristics of these substrates that were electrodeposited for different times and with different voltage have been studied. Than there has been studied the impact of various annealing temperatures on electrochromic characteristics.
Thin layer for electrochromic devices
Pelčák, Vít ; Macalík, Michal (referee) ; Sedlaříková, Marie (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with creation of transparent conductive layers on glass substrate, which serve as underlay for electrochromic layers. Zinc acetate dissolved in methane and distilled water serves as basis of solution. We are searching for optimal amount of either Fluor or Boron in depositted solutions to achieve best transparency and layer conductivity.
Utilization of fotovoltaic effect in combination with electrochromism
Šeda, Radek ; Kazda, Tomáš (referee) ; Jakubis, Ivan (advisor)
This thesis deals with the preparations of titanium and tungsten dioxide active electrochromic layers and simulation of link between electrochromic structures and photovoltaic cell. By means of electrodeposition, the active layers were made on the glass substrates ITO. These layers were subsequently analyzed, namely their intercalation properties. In this thesis, I tried to design the link between the electrochromic element and the photovoltaic cell. After this, functionality of this link was verified by software environment MATLAB Simulink.
Thin layer WO3 for electrochromic devices
Jakubis, Ivan ; Macalík, Michal (referee) ; Sedlaříková, Marie (advisor)
This work deals with issues of electrochromism and coating method electrodeposition. Electrochromic thin-films of tungsten oxide (WO3) have been electrodeposited on glass substrates covered with transparent conductive thin-film SnO2:F (FTO). Elektrochromic characteristics of these substrates that were electrodeposited for different times have been studied. Than there have been studied the impact of various annealing temperatures on electrochromic characteristics. In this work also have been compared electrolytes LiClO4 and NaClO4.

Příprava a vlastnosti elektrod V2O5 pro elektrochromní součástky
Macalík, M. ; Matěj, A. ; Sedlaříková, M. ; Vondrák, Jiří
The preparation of SnO2 based layers by spray method seems interesting for the technology as no vacuum is necessary for it. Vanadium oxide films were dip-coated on FTO layers.
